The most welcome I've ever been at a hotel. When the staff heard we were on a honeymoon, they put champagne and chokolate in our room while we were out. Their breakfast is plentyfull and with a lot of stuff, their staff are some of the friendliest people I've ever met. They wrote detailed directions for us to find various places, telling us what bus or metro to take. Room is a classic small Paris room, but the bed was VERY good and firm, the room not to warm or cold and very quiet despite being out to the street. Shower was terrific. In short, an absolute A Plus hotel we will absolutely come back to!

Bedbugs warning

I got bedbugs from this hotel and they were in absolute denial about it. I wasn't trying to raise a fuss and was trying to warn them as obviously if there is one room with bedbugs it generally means the entire hotel is infested. I tried to reason with them after my trip however they were in complete denial about it.

So I was due to be staying at this hotel in a couple of days but unfortunately because of the coronavirus pandemic I'm not even allowed to enter France .At no point before, during or after my booking was I made aware of this at all I wasn't even made aware of anything so obviously I can't go to the booking. tThis was for my 30th birthday celebrations, I've not been away for 3 years and I'm on a low income which they know. I've contacted them by email asking them to cancel and refund me they have refused to and have not offered any other options at all to make the situation better they are not nice people they're not friendly people I would avoid this place at all costs they do not deserve your money.

I visited this property at the beginning of November with my partner. I’ll mention the positives, the hotel is situated in a brilliant area with bars/restaurants and travel links close by. The room it’s self is very basic but is adequate if you won’t be spending much time in the hotel. It is clean and the beds are really comfy. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so I cannot comment on that. Now for the negative unfortunately the receptionist was very unprofessional and did not seem to be trained well in his job role. He struggled to check us into the hotel and told us multiple times we had not booked and he would “sort it later...” not what you would expect later in the day. He was rude in his manner and didn’t really suit the role of hotel receptionist. Other than the one unprofessional individual it was a nice basic stay in the heart of a lively beautiful part of Paris!

I was fully prepared for a bit of a dump having booked the cheapest place I could find in Paris. But I was pleasantly surprised! Small, but clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower, decent breakfast for the (extra) charge. 24-hour manned desk, all of whom were really friendly and helpful. The location is great too. Grab a #90 bus right into the heart of Paris. Loads of little eateries around and right across the road from a minimarket. Highly recommended and I would absolutely stay there again!
